Collection of DFS Galleria purchases at New Zealand International Airports

Departure Pick-Up

• After clearing Customs proceed to the DFS Galleria store

• Present your DFS Galleria email confirmation at the Pick-Up counter to collect your goods. (Note: collect your duty free goods before boarding your plane!)

Goods purchased will be held for 7 days only following flight date.

Arrival Pick-Up back into New Zealand

• On arrival, collect your Duty Free Goods at the DFS Galleria arrival store

• Present your DFS Galleria email confirmation

• Please collect your goods before you clear Immigration and Customs

• Please keep your email confirmation with your airline ticket do not place in your checked luggage. (Due to New Zealand Customs regulations, failure to pick-up will result in a refund only.)

Goods purchased will be held for 7 days only following flight date.
